When Hillary Clinton was the U.S. Secretary of State, the State Department actually got 2 awards for recordkeeping.

How ironic.

Looks she did a great job of hiding official government correspondence on her own personal private computer system in her home.

And the SD did a great job when they finally discovered they didn't even have the 50,000 emails when they got a FOIA request.

But they did ok when they were ordered by a court to release all her emails.

Hillary did not turn over her emails to the SD until almost 2 years after she resigned.

At the same time then-Secretary of State Hillary Clinton was storing emails on a personal server in violation of the rules, her department twice received a "prestigious" award for its record-keeping practices -- an honor that, in retrospect, has watchdogs scratching their heads.

The National Archives and Records Administration (NARA) gave the so-called Archivist Award to the State Department in 2010 and again in September 2012, toward the end of Clinton's tenure.

During the 2012 ceremony, NARA Chief Records Officer Paul Wester described the honor, also bestowed upon the Treasury Department, as “prestigious.”

How did State merit such recognition?

They clearly are mocking "the little people"

--mocking our brains to notice brazenly blatant outrageous hyperbolic hypocrisy

--mocking our incapacity to do anything about it

--mocking out status as "little people" compared to their sorry arses and pretend illustrious stinking excuses for humanity.

Sure they are slightly tweaking the criteria for next year.

1. Ineligible if 30 or more FOIA lawsuits are pending.
2. Ineligible while under a Federal criminal investigation.
3. Ineligible if any staff pleads the 5th over 99 times.
