Hey Marty! Weigh everything out and do what your heart tells you to do. I was Environmental Manager, and it was cool and good money, but I was a little bored. Im back to Shop Operations Supervisor, with closer contact with my crew, and we have alot of fun. Both of my sisters have masters degrees and I make way more then they do, and they are very proud of me. Dont do something that doesnt feel right, or causes too much friction in your life. Money is just money
