Others:
YES. (The band.) I met them after they did a concert in Adelaide (Oz) back in 1973. May 20th, i think it was. Very cool guys. Chris Squire (the
bassist) gave me an autograph. Heaven knows what happened to it. But whatever, they were all very nice guys and pretty down to earth. No airs and
graces about them.
Quantum: for really bad tooth pain (or related), a good treatment is to take 500-1000 mg of paracetamol for the pain, along with 500 mg of ibuprofen.
The Ib. also has analgesic properties but it helps to relieve discomfort from inflammation. I used this combination when I had my bad wisdom tooth.
Worked wonders.
Those who were discussing stick shifters versus automatics. Yes, it's a good idea to learn how to stick-shift. It's truly not that hard. And though I
grew up driving RHD and LH stick shift, when I came to Europe and had to use LHD and RH stick shift, it only took me a few minutes to adjust.
Also consider that automatics drink more fuel. (On average, about 10 to 20% more.) The auto gearbox need far more regular maintenance than a manual,
and driving an automatic, you wear out the car's brakes faster as well. So, if money's tight or you just care about how much oil you burn, get a
manual transmission car.
