Penny Dreadful cancelled

So i had a show i enjoyed very much called Penny Dreadful, and in the last episode i said;" Wtf?"

Apparently its cancelled so f*** y** very much "J.Logan"

Variety has the details on the show’s cancellation and everything should prove bittersweet for fans. The decision to end Penny Dreadful was not a mandate from the network, but a decision made by creator John Logan, who realized that he was approaching the end of the story he wanted to tell. Showtime president David Nevins agreed with Logan’s decision, citing the changing television:

Sometimes stories end. Actually, they always do. It's better to tell the story and be satisfied with it, than let it go forever.

Well it seems it just degenerated, i think Logan found a "source" and just leeched on it..

It was the best!

Penny Dreadful show was one I looked forward to on Sunday night. I will miss the show. All the actors excelled at their individual roles. I especially like Eva Green and her role.

I still well up when I think about my fave show, Kyle XY, being cancelled.

Gee.
I just started watching that show.
Halfway through season one.
Makes me feel like deleting the rest that I have downloaded...

Gutted, but expected. Great show, I really enjoyed it, cast was awesome!

well damn..
I enjoyed it and will miss where they could have gone with it. Bummer!

I enjoy the show, still a few episodes behind, but I get it....

I know the pain all too well.

You and every other Firefly fan it seems. I'm kind of surprised one of the subscriber networks hasn't picked it up, though no doubt, it would cost a LOT more now, due to some of the actors rising in prominence (and fees).

Still, you'd have a built-in fanbase and could certainly garner more.
