America is Vulnerable

With 800+ bases around the global and Asia, America's home state Borders are vulnerable and exposed. There are very few military check points, not enough patrols around the Borders.

Military expenditures and Military occupations have a put a price

The Military expenditures of expanding American dominance is not only now backfiring in the middle east and soon Europe but the biggest price is that America is completely exposed.

It begs the question just who runs the military?

Unfinished Fences

If Some Senators weren't blood driven war mongering much they would already finished militarized fences to the south borders in order to protect the country from future Military Incursions By Future Armies and rapists, gangs.

The military interventions have only led America down hill with every blow back and leaving the country vulnerable For Military Incursions.

But, who is going to attack us? We've played out this scenario several time and no one has the capability to transport troops/supplies and weapons over that much ocean. They'd have to make it past satellite imaging, radar, patrol ships and subs.
And, IF an army did attack, a fence is not going to stop them.

Sorry, but I have a problem with the very premise. It would be predicated by a military build-up at either of those two borders. Which, in turn, would be predicated by a political scenario leading up to it.

I doubt anyone in the world could move troops and material as quickly as the U.S..

Enough to worry about already....

I am not just talking about fences what got Hillary and Dems under the skin has being when Trump and others started talking about the militarization of the borders, fences backed with bases, drones, etc.

But, who is going to attack us?

It could be anyone.

If we saw a military invasion coming (which, I'm safely assuming we would, given satellites, etc), I think it's safe to say we could probably completely wipe out whatever force was coming before they got there.

Russia's finest forces aren't going to sneak up on us by the tens/hundreds thousands, and that would likely be the only chance in the world of a military border incursion sneaking through even a handful of units (who would be obliterated quickly as well.)

Ya know, I thought I'd seen some bad acting in my time but that truly has to be the worst adfotainment political TV thing I ever saw in my life!

Tears, face, down, running. Thank you and carry on!

China,North Korea,Iran,Venezula, and the list goes on.

There is no shortage of people that want to.

For some odd reason far too many people think the CONUS is untouchable.

We are ripe for the taking.

The U.S. Southern border has been breached to the tune of 20 million so far.

No "what if" about it.

Heres what needs to happen first.

Disarm the American Public. Tell them it is for their safety

Cause the dollar to fall to worthlessness so people cannot buy food and resort to civil unrest and disorder

Pop an EMP over the US so there are no defences

Over run the flimsey southern border and attack the disarmed, defenseless Americans

No it's 2016.

The people are too busy fighting between themselves.

Our leaders are too busy fighting between themselves.

Our military has been gutted.

Our nuclear stockpiles have been reduced drastically.

There is no better time for any would be be aggressor to take advantage of the situation.

Refugees ...imported by a traitor,a border leaking like a sieve, and Cartels aiding tangos to waltz right in and kill YOUR puppies!

BUT for me and mine of course...they only hit controlled unarmed areas because THEY are virtually NONCOMBATANTS compared to a western soldier.

Not a conventional army, no way.

Maybe some type of guerilla army or terror group, but nothing in overwhelming numbers.

This is hyped up paranoia, I guess if it gets the job done and secures the borders.

America's borders are vulnerable to undesirables entering the country, still egregious and in need of immediate action.

Edit to add: It would be more logical to fly civilian-disguised troops in on commercial flights.

I support gun ownership. the 2nd is just the worst argument for it. Most people who post about the 2nd every day don't even know who wrote it or in what context it was written

and I just love messing with the gun crowd, its so easy

I concur this is just unfounded worrying and if anyone did come at us with any more force than we have there is no need to worry cause we will be dead.
