But, I think this will be the question with employers. They can still fire you for drug testing positive.
I asked this question and have gotten no clear answers:
Say one gets a state/government issued legal medical marijuana certificate...and its issued by a legal doctor licensed in that state...can your
employer fire you for flunking a drug test if they require random testing?
Wouldnt it be discrimination for one with a medical condition?
We now have at-will employment meaning you can be let go for any reason, any day, without explanation....
