As the days kept rolling by, I saw it in your eyes,
That your earthly vessel is where the devil resides.
You swallowed my soul, messed me up internally,
Took my innocence, my first kiss, stole it from me.

So eloquently held, the tears of torment I wept,
In a crystal vial, next to your bed they were kept.
Safely hidden, silent and still like words left unsaid,
You drank them, savoring the taste of what you did.

Lick your lips, make sure you don't waste any of it,
This may be the last of the sweet taste you get.
You take all you can, your lust never satisfied,
It's not you, never you, it's always been the devil inside.
