Just 3. You forgot Glenda, the good witch of the North Perhaps it was East/West = wicked witches, North/South = good witches, although I cannot recall any mention in the film of the "...witch of the South", the wicked witch of the West was after Dorothy to avenge the death of her sister, the Wicked witch of the East, IIRC. Then the good witch of the North is the one who tells Dorothy to click her heels repeatedly while chanting "there's no place like home", whilst wearing the Ruby Slippers, IIRC.

Anyway, I'm sure you realized this, but I'm pretty sure he meant "...the wicked, which I will destroy." Incorrect/errant comma placement, however, often can and does cause great difference and confusion in intentionality. (that's a word... right?)
