The 100,000 post is sure to be an accident of chance. Not to mention that the forum software makes it difficult to identify the 100,000th post.
In reality, we've surpassed this number at least twice, as this is the fourth iteration of ATS discussion board database/software. Before moving to
this more robust serving environment, we had to prune posts from the database to maintain performance... we lost about 20,000 posts forever. And
before that, the previous version of XMB on ATS had a serious database corrupt at around 65,000 posts (I have the data and have fixed it, I may find a
way to add those old posts after we pass 100,000 on our own). And before that, running under Ikon Board, we passed 100,000 posts... and before that on
EZboard, we were coming close.
So in reality, during the life of Above Top Secret, we've experienced over 300,000 posts.
