This video is from The Late Show with Stephen Colbert. In a recent interview, Donald Trump was pressed to explain what he meant when he implied that Obama had something to do with terrorism, by saying, ambiguously, "Something's Going On"... Trump told the interviewer that people would have to figure out what he meant by that... So, Stephen is trying to do just that. It's pretty funny.

I am amused by Colbert audience. How he gets people to laugh at what he's saying is unbelievable.

IIRC, even Letterman isn't impressed.
