I think we can tie this off by saying the NRA wins again.

Senators do what they do and serve their masters not the American people.

Between 82 and 86% of Americans polled favor universal background checks.

The American People have different ideas than most of the ardent gun-worshippers.

Perhaps some of this will be sorted out in November?

Maybe this won't get reported on the Butt hurt report.

What polling are you talking about?

I didn't mention a source.

Seems like you're the only one with a sore fanny, LOL.

Has nothing to do with the NRA? LOL. Even Donald J. Trump doesn't even believe that.

Of course it has to do with the NRA; follow the money.

Nope, didn't say they were made up, either.

Just that I didn't mention a source, so that when you deny them based on the source, you're just talking out of that sore fanny. Would you like a source? Because I feel no need to offer you one when you're just going to claim it's wrong.

Oh, and welcome back.

The NRA represent people.

The NRA doesn't make money on firearm sales. In fact........if you would actually accept truth and facts, the NRA does better when the Anti-2nd crowd start thumping their drums, as membership goes up.

As a firearms manufacturer, I don't pay any money to the NRA. In fact, they don't represent me or my interests.

Clearly, you have drank the Kool-aid presented by the Progressives and it must be an awesome flavor as you seem to love it.

Okay, I'll waste some time:

Pew Research Center - Continued Bipartisan Support for Expanded Background Checks on Gun Sales

Support for Background checks: 85%

Gallup - Guns

Clearly, you're trying to obfuscate the issue.

Does the NRA contribute to the campaigns of United State Senators ... or not?

Pew is from a year ago.

Gallup has a gathering of polling from 2008. Only 2 graphs have 2016 represented.

Here...how about this.

What are the gun sales numbers last month, as compared to last year May?

Polling is always skewed. And what you presented, knowing full well it could be easily torn apart shown by your withholding of where your numbers come from, is old out dated and "combined" as stated in the Gallup link.

LOL... see.

A year ago. Just happens to be virtually the same percentage 85%-86%

Yes, polling can be skewed. Show us how this polling is skewed then?

You made it clear that you disagree with any findings that are different than your own beliefs before you knew anything.

And, LOL, the Pew research shows multi-year TRENDS ... so your claim that it's "outdated" looks either ignorant or intentionally misleading.

That's called prejudice. And now you're desperately trying to cover it up.

/yawn

Where's the polls that say that Americans are against background checks?

Or any measure besides your own stilted beliefs? Go ahead.

More Polarized Views of the NRA’s Influence "

See that August 13, 2015 header.....that means the article you are referencing was put out......................last year.

And the headers from the Pew link, has headers from 2008.

Maybe you should investigate your own bought into BS before going after other people.

I ask again...........what are the gun sales numbers last month? and the month before that and the month before that.

I disagree with Polls using a controlled sampling of 2000 people to get a certain answer.
I understand you love these things, as they assist you with buying into what you want. That doesn't make things true.

And the whole "LOL see" statement. Don't make it so easy to pick apart your BS.

Yep, my links show that the American people were for background checks last year as well.

If you don't understand what statistical trends are ... I can't help you there.
