So What Do You Say To This? Occult?

A person has two symbols in the hands. On one hand a star pattern that glows and on the other an eye like symbol.

So what do you make of that? occultism is what formed the symbols?

Might need to elaborate on the “star“ and “eye” because their design could suggest certain things.

For if I draw a square on one hand and a circle on the other, then is that occult symbolism?

They could be in the Illuminati, or possibly a mind controlled slave. Tattoos have a ritual association, so they are often used as a form of branding or ritual marking.

If occultism formed the symbols then it's occult, isn't it?

It could be occult stuff or the person just liked them and wanted one on one hand and one on the other.

Sounds like “sacred geometry”.

“Ever Watching Eye”

Could be occult, could also be symbolic of one’s responsibility to not commit dastardly deeds.

Are these “symbols” actual objects or permanent markings? If the latter then it might be odd.

Hold up, sailor. You say it glows. Glows how, exactly? Please give more details. Color that it glows. How brightly. If you could draw what you saw and upload that would help a great deal. Otherwise, it could be tattoos or they might have drawn it on themselves. Did it glow under a blacklight? Was it glowing in the dark? Or was it just glowing literally without any reason?

"Focus" and "Perception".

The star pattern is all external, looking outwards. The construct and 'matrix' which surrounds us. Perception.

The eye is all internal. The 'focus' point within you, where you are able to look outwards at the 'perception' surrounding.

Was there any fire in the dream?

Not much detail here. Do you know this person? Are you talking about tattoos? Was the glow under a black light? You're a bit vague

I say you're going to need to be a lot more specific.

A "star pattern" can represent almost anything in occult and magical circles. The number of points is important, the number and nature of surrounding symbols is important, the direction it is drawn in can be important, the color it glows can be important. Without a visual of this design (or, more preferably, a photograph) no one here can satisfactorily tell you what the star pattern means.

Eyes, as well, have diverse meanings depending on whether it's an Egyptian Uadjat Eye, like that of Horus and Ra; the Hamsa Hand from Mesopotamia and Arabia; the Eye of Providence from European lore; or something else will change what it means. Likewise, it's meaning can also change depending on what kind of star-pattern is on the other hand.

Details are necessary for determining meaning.

Can you post more than vague one sentence answers? Where did you see this person? Do you know them? Were they tattoos? Did you ask them about it?

Some tattoos have black light ink or flow in the dark ink. There are literally thousands of designs that could indicate occultism, or not. Half of the occult symbols are held in common with mainstream religions and the other half have been appropriated by heavy metal bands and videogames. If you saw something supernaturally glowing, for that to happen, the sign would have to have intense personal meaning to that person and you would have to be at least mildly psychic.
