I was stuck in the middle trying to get all these programs to coexist on a Wyse x286, DOS 3.0 and running a memory management program called Carousel.


Now that is some Old Testament stuff there. Moses parting the Red Sea was nothing.

Fighting the computer/software was easier than listening to their arguments. Until then I'd never been aware of just how many potential problems with the translations over the years there were. Sometimes only one or two words have a surprising difference in what a piece of scripture seems to be saying.

Given that many translations were done with no personal agenda, it isn't much of a stretch to consider the possibility that some things were intentionally changed.
