My aunt is an estates/trust/future interests lawyer. She mainly teaches, but has an actual case begging this question.

I was able to find on my own what Virtual Representation is. I see Vertical mentioned a lot, but can't find Horizontal nor the difference between the two.

Does anyone have an idea?

I found Horizontal Virtual, but I still can't clearly explain the difference on my own.

If your Aunt is a lawyer, what does she say?

Vertical is up and down. Horizontal is side to side. I hope that helps.

Any time. I'm full of useless advice if you ever need it.
