She is fortunate that she wasn't just left in a bucket to die.
The people took care of her and she lived. I'm sure many
others are not as fortunate as she was. She is now a
productive and helpful member of society. I wonder if her
birth mother has a clue.

Abortion survivor to tell story at rally

Gianna Jessen came into the world as a surprise. Her 17-year-old mother
knew she was pregnant. She also knew she didn't want to be. She
underwent an abortion procedure, having toxic saline solution injected
into the womb during the third trimester.

Jessen, then in the womb for 7½ months, spent 18 hours in the
solution. "It burns the baby inside and out," she said. "(The mother) is to
deliver a dead baby within 24 hours." But when a 2-pound Jessen
emerged, she was alive.

"I did not die that day," Jessen said. "I was delivered alive in a Los
Angeles County abortion clinic in a room full of teenage girls who had
already had the saline injections and were feeling their children die inside
of them."

Jessen will tell her story Friday at a Sanctity of Life Rally in Modesto
sponsored by the "11th Hour" TV program.

"Never say never," she said in a recent phone interview. "A person and
God always have the opportunity to progress. No matter what point you
are at, you can always do something, even if it is just the tiniest thing."

Jessen said she never dwelled on feelings of rejection, and someday
wants to have or adopt children herself.

Louise Shatswell, producer of "The 11th Hour," said she hopes those who
hear Jessen will be touched by her story and "that their eyes will be
opened to the reality of life at that stage of life."

Shatswell thinks Jessen's appearance brings another view to a society that
endorses the idea that "if you don't want it, get rid of it," she said. "I don't
believe the majority of people who get abortions are really informed about
what they are doing.

Is abortion a conspiracy? This would be better served in Below Top Secret or the Politics@ATS boards, not a generalized conspiracy discussion area.

Because she wasn't a helpful and productive member of society before?
It never fails to impress me, the simple minded sheeple that view the world with such awful, out of touch, thick skulled pragmatism.

SAVE DA BABIES! ABORTION IS TEH MURDRE!

Well, nobody really enjoys it, except for the Christians who stand outside of clinics, finally feeling worthy of God's love for the three hours that they're not actually bombing it. Cracking open their little tins of apple juice, feeling something other than complacent in a world that's quickly spinning away without them.

They want to feel oooh so important in a world that views them with nothing but contempt. Listening to their daily drivel of Bill O'Reilly, fueling their insecurity and paranoia. All the while struggling to be anything other than the Pete Brown Shoes of the world. The mediocre. The slightly above average. So terrified of the ELITISTS, so unable to grasp the very failure of their own lives. America, be the very best that you can be! Well, not good, because that makes you elite. And elite is now bad.

Out of date. Out of touch. Grasping onto an issue that both makes them feel morally superior, and helps them sink into the oblivion of time so much easier, as society completely evolves without them. I'd feel bad, but I simply wouldn't know where to start.

You will never get rid of abortion.

Pandora's box will never be closed. You can never go home again. The only thing you can possibly hope to do is overturn Roe. And that won't eliminate abortion. That will allow Red States to impose their own religious based rulings on their populations, driving away business, tourism, and the populations themselves. Red States will simply become the backwards, dust bowl wasteland that they were always mean't to be.

So, please, keep your children stupid and illiterate. Keep living in your jingoistic fantasty world. Keep reminding yourselves that everything will be okay, as long as you drop to your knees every night and feverishly pray to your Lord and Savior. You flat earthers of a dying, nearly extinct religion. So unwilling to change, so gleefully accepting your own social demise.

But, until your Rapture comes and magically wisks all of you away to the invisible man in the sky's fairy tale land of adventure, you still have to live in our world. That means science and logic and reason and having to tolerate things that don't agree with your good book.

Mr Grumpy Gus (brimstone) really needs some help.

Full of anger, full of something ...

As far as your comments, Frith, about abortion not being
a conspiracy. Well .... the fact that there is abortion isn't
a conspiracy. But the fact that some babies survive the
murder process is something that is being covered up,
at least I think it's being covered up. I'm sure that many
survive and are left to die in those buckets.

I probably should have said more about that when I
put this in for discussion here - That there are survivors
and no one talks about it. I should have been more
clear about the thread intent.
