Trump isn't GCing these jobs blaming him for it stupid. Stupid as in totally ignorant having no idea how the industry works.

Trump Ruffin is just one of the many companies that have record of deceitful tactics, they agree stuff then they don't pay amounts in full, they order extras, then don't pay for them. They don't pay in anywhere near a decent a amount of time, every snake tactic in the book, so don't you come it with me, I know what goes on.
In my government job I had to pay vendors large amounts of money for contracts, and in all that time there was but one supplier who didn't come up to scratch, and even that was a minor event. Trump just plays on denegrating the character, or workmanship up to the point of legal action, or uses legal loopholes to delay payments, or make settlements. In one case he didn't even pay a lawyer defending him...we he did have to eventually, and apologise as well.

That is how one becomes wealthy, you gotta stiff somebody or get them to enter into an unfair business arrangement or agreement that exploits them and benefits you or your business.

That's just the way it is right now.

He didn't build a 9 billion dollar empire screwing subcontractors out of work let's get real.

He doesn't have $9 billion in physical assets either. Putting aside that no one, including Trump seems to know what he's worth, he estimates 75% of his value to be in owning the Trump brand.

The rest of his empire comes from real estate assets, most notably the ongoing revenue they bring in since he depreciates away their actual worth as a tax credit.

The other poster gave a good explanation of the contractor process but that's not all Trump is doing. He's not paying others as well going by these stories, and he's hardly doing himself any favors when rather than explain it he insults the contractor and says they simply didn't perform well.

9 billion would be what he would have been worth if he wasn't the one managing the money.

In other words, he hasn't managed his money well.

He is not even worth half of that.

Why do Trump supporters ignore all the bad things he has done or said but are quick to point out all the bad things Hillary has done or said?

Don't think the young are too numerous as his supporters LOL.... Too much reading required, so they go towards Papa Sanders.
In fact, they read so little, that they still think he (Bernie) has a chance in this race....

It's not that we IGNORE what Trump has said or done...just that compared to:

Laughing about getting a child rapist off scott free
Letting Americans die
Taking money not only from big corporations, big banking, Wall Street, and even our enemies
Wanting to take away the 2nd amendment
Continuing bad deals that put America last
Supporting Obamacare despite it not working
Leaking secrets while in a secure Cabinet post
The law showing that those guilty of what Hillary has done, shall be removed from office

All of Trump's antics simply pale in comparison on the level of importance.

It's really very simple. GO to the candidates' sites. Read their plans and positions...THEN see where you stand. You may be surprised.
Forget about the media soundbites and jokes (on both sides). Look at where they are on the issues.
