You attempted to explain yes. Illegal is criminal. Criminal is illegal. It is against the law to jump our borders hence it is a crime to do so hence "illegal immigrants". It is a done deal by any legal standard and the only thing you are left with is the degree of criminality but it is and will be criminal because it is illegal.


What you seem to want to do is change
the law and the definition of illegal which is a battle you will not win here.

I don't need to win here or anywhere else. Those who shape policy are using the definition I am sharing here.

Although it makes no difference to me which one they use.

Technically speaking an ID is a complete and total fraud that uv been tricked or agreed to use. But really it's a fraud.
