Let's say the one you grew up with.

As kid I always wondered why people said:

"We won" if they won
"They lost" when they lost.

I just never had the connection. Nowadays I like to watch the games but don't ask me who particular players are. I don't know and I don't care

Now give me some nice odds and I might bet on them which obviously needs to be done without emotions for a team.

Now everybody knows:
We have no offense.

And everyone knows, defend hard against us and we can be nullified.

Congratulations Wales, well deserved my Brethren.

Wales!? What a huge surprise! I'm super curious how far they'll make it!

England was really good, the darn thing just didn't want to go in.
It might have been a good thing to try a bit more one-touch near the goal?
At least you guys got close to the goal...
Ah well, I am happy as long as Italy wins.

Had a look at the draw for the knock-out stages - Wales have a half decent chance of getting through to the final if they continue to perform to the level they have been.

England have blown their chance - 'we' should beat Iceland but after that it looks very, very hard.
Thanks Roy for your incompetence.

I'd love to be proven wrong and see England progress to the final....and who knows, maybe a return match with Wales, that would be brilliant.

Got to take my hat off to Northern Ireland too, they've done excellent.

I've had a 'small' wager on Italy who were massively over priced at the start of the tournament....but I'm still rooting for England and the Home Nations.

If you look at history one thing is for certain, England always finds new and creative ways to BREXIT. I really think we could be the reason for their demise this year. Surely Big England will underestimate us, with all the pressure in the world on their back. They expect to win us, from the players to the fans to the media. We have nothing to lose here...the underdog is still here. Monday night going to be amazing!!

Wales! How cool is that?

Been away for the weekend, but still managed to catch up with most of the football.

Germany looking strong, along with Belgium.

Wales were solid enough.

Let's see what happens this evening, there could be an upset.

You're not really saying you could loose to Iceland, do you?

Also Italy, yeah!

No, but the country who have been European Champions for the last eight years will no longer be champions come July 10th.

Germany v Italy, those talks better be amicable tomorrow.

uhm that was a fast 1-1

You know, nothing surprises me anymore with England and sport.

So we could be out of Europe twice in 4 days eh?

Roy Hodgson is clueless... utterly clueless.
We have no shape, we're not really playing a system and he brings back the same team who couldn't beat Russia.
We're not passing at all, just knocking hopeful balls around
I think anyone who watches football knows that Hodgosn is a poor tactician and very poor manager.

The silver lining from this will be that he loses his job.

This game was crying out for Vardy and Sturridge up front... and he sticks Sturridge on the wing.

You're a dinosaur Roy.

Making me laugh though.

Utter twat.

Yes, I think you're right.

Most of my friends and acquaintances suggest the same about Roy. I guess I feel a bit sorry for Roy and was always willing to give him the benefit of the doubt.

45 minutes for Emgland to save things. Who'd of thought it would be an EEA country and not an E.U country?

As a Liverpool fan I cannot stand the man... he is odious.
He pissed off and insulted fans, he didn't get the club at all.

And he should never have been given the England job... he's not good enough.

Oh well.

Actually embarrassing..... but totally expected.

Woy "utterly clueless and tactically empty" Hodgsaurus..... just wow.

Kane, Sterling and Rooney were woeful.

None needed or deserved to start.

Anyone with a brain could see that.

Roll on the world cup so we can fail to get out of the group again.

Maybe we'll get a decent manager this time - who knows?

That's another " Pub Team " out of the tournament.

Out of Europe twice in less than a week.
