So from this we can extrapolate that the Foundation is unwilling to provide information for..

That should all be in the tax forms.

The refiled ones?

Refiling/amending taxes is common. I've had to do it several times.

In my opinion, if you give to the Clinton Foundation, you are supporting a crime family. I think that is wrong.

That is your opinion. You are welcome to it.

You had to do it several times. Be careful, Hillary may be rubbing off on you.
Investors....
Just play it safe, whatever you do.

Everything would be on file with the IRS.

Have they been found guilty of anything or officially accused?

No.
I think Hillary scares people to death, they tend to not accuse her.

Ok. I recommend safe spaces and a little bit of growing-up for those people.

The Clintons are the only innocents in a 10 mile radius, apparently.
*rolls eyes* lets see what the FBI does with them.

The Securities and Exchange Commission charged former Clinton Foundation trustee Vinod Gupta with fraud in 2008. He misallocated $9.5 million from InfoUSA, the database company he chaired, in order to finance credit-card bills, a yacht, personal trips to Cancun and South Africa, and 20 cars. He and the SEC settled for $7.3 million. Meanwhile, InfoUSA’s shareholders sued Gupta for flying the Clintons in the company jet and paying Bill $3 million in corporate cash for consulting. InfoUSA settled with stockowners for $13 million

Clinton Foundation Crooks, Thieves and Hoods

Indian restaurateur and hotelier Sant Chatwal was a Clinton Foundation trustee. He donated to Hillary’s 2000 Senate and 2008 presidential campaigns, directed millions in speaking fees to the Clintons, and gave millions more to their foundation. During a May 2001 visit to India, Chatwal was arrested for allegedly defrauding the Bank of India of $9 million that he borrowed in 1994. He posted bail, “then fled India, boarding a flight to Vienna, despite an attempt by authorities to detain him,” according to the New York Daily News.

What does it mean that this organization isn’t rated? It simply means that the organization doesn’t meet our criteria.

Of course it doesn't meet their criteria!

They rate CHARITIES!

Good point that is for the correction.

Ah, a Vince Foster reference...another unfounded allegation that is thrown around quite a bit within the Right Wing echo chamber.

The idiocy never ends.

They recycle money to "their charity" to keep from paying taxes, they donate a very small amount to keep the charity legit - which is way less than the taxes they would have to pay. Tax write off.

Or they donate their money to the charity and use it to pay for their lavish trips around the world and probably a private jet and a few mansions and of course a boat.

To be fair.. its what big business and rich people do.

I've seen worse with my own eyes but often rich people have 501c's they use to transfer wealth from one generation to the next, take Christian churches for example.

I've seen it happen in my travels in Santa Barbara and Palm Beach.
