"He is trying to scam America the way he scammed all those people at Trump University," the likely Democratic presidential nominee said at an event Wednesday in Newark, New Jersey.

The attacks Clinton unleashed against Trump are among her sharpest of the campaign -- reflecting a belief that Trump University is a major vulnerability for the presumptive GOP nominee and that Trump is likely to be goaded into a response that would keep the issue alive.
Clinton blasts Trump University, calls GOP rival a 'fraud'

Is this the first time that there is no "lesser" evil in a US presidential election? Once you get to a certain level of evil, it's kind of hard to get any lower. That's the sort of feeling I get about Clinton versus Trump.

Trump supporters have played down the Trump University scandal as nothing. I'm glad to see Clinton pointing to it because it isn't nothing. It's definitely relevant.
Yah, really relevant...A few disgruntled under achievers vs thousands of satisfied customers file a civil lawsuit against Trump...While Hillary is on the hook for potential treason, violation of numerous Federal Laws...Yah, really relevant...

the problem is though that there is way too many lies mixed in with very little truth by the time anything hits the media... and yes, all sides do it. but it leaves the public not knowing what to believe. and that isn't good for any society which makes me wonder about those who are at the source of the lies. it makes me think that their only objective is to obtain the power, and they will burn this country to the ground to get it if need be.

me thinks me will actually going to the polls this year and voting, and it won't be for the mouse with the magic wand. it will be for the libertarian party. I might not agree with everything they stand for but they seem to have the best chance of knocking down the blockade that the two parties have up to keep their monopoly intact. it nothing else maybe my vote can weaken it a little. neither the dems or the republicans deserve a place in washington!!!

I do believe that there's a few allegations in the trump cases that involve federal laws also..
so much so that one case is a RICO case. that's two RICO cases that are in the court system that the republicans are portraying as nothing that matters.

The Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act, commonly referred to as the RICO Act or simply RICO, is a United States federal law that provides for extended criminal penalties and a civil cause of action for acts performed as part of an ongoing criminal organization. The RICO Act focuses specifically on racketeering, and it allows the leaders of a syndicate to be tried for the crimes which they ordered others to do or assisted them in doing, closing a perceived loophole that allowed a person who instructed someone else to, for example, murder, to be exempt from the trial because he did not actually commit the crime personally.

You guys are great at making lists. Not so great at proving anything but hey everybody's got some talent I guess.
Parroting what people say without ever looking into the background is not a good way to go through life. Someone will always be able to tell your faking it.

Hey, I've been watching the scandals roll in for years and I checked the veracity of the stories at the time. That little is just off the top of my head. If you want detail, we can give you detail, but I don't teach without getting paid, it's frustrating. Lol

Yeah, why don't you do that, edjumicate us. Tell us how it's all a conspiracy and it's not poor killary's fault, she didn't mean to break the law or about 400 of them. It's just all those RNC meanies and those bad investigators than keep turning over rocks where she hid stuff. It's their fault for looking for it and finding it. lol.

I expect that when the axe falls, you'll still be saying she can do no wrong, but you will be supporting the most loathsome vile cow that possibly the world has ever experienced.

Obviously, if you look too long into the abyss, the Hilary looks back into you.

Cheers - Dave

Just because Clinton has the gall to point out anything regarding Trump's illicit dealings involving money, doesn't make what she says untrue. And it's not even what is nearly as important as other issues Trump has, which Clinton pointed out on Thursday. While I would never say Hillary is a good choice for POTUS, I am saying Trump is definitely a very bad choice - as I've said before, just because Trump is "different" than "traditional" candidates, doesn't make him a smart choice. Among the facts Clinton pointed out, some of those I feel were on target include:

"He's not just unprepared -- he's temperamentally unfit to hold an office that requires knowledge, stability and immense responsibility."
"This is not someone who should ever have the nuclear codes because it's not hard to imagine Donald Trump leading us into a war just because somebody got under his very thin skin."
"This is a man who said that more countries should have nuclear weapons, including Saudi Arabia."
"He believes we can treat the U.S. economy like one of his casinos and default on our debts to the rest of the world, which would cause an economic catastrophe far worse than anything we experienced in 2008."
"He says he doesn't have to listen to our generals or ambassadors because he has -- quote -- 'a very good brain.' He also said, 'I know more about ISIS than the generals do, believe me."
"He praises dictators like Vladimir Putin and picks fights with our friends -- including the British prime minister, the mayor of London, the German chancellor, the president of Mexico and the Pope."
"He says he has foreign policy experience because he ran the Miss Universe pageant in Russia."
"We all know the tools Donald Trump brings to the table -- bragging, mocking, composing nasty tweets. I am willing to bet he is writing a few right now." (and he was)
"He praised China for the Tiananmen Square massacre -- he said it showed strength. He said, 'You've got to give Kim Jong Un credit' for taking over North Korea -- something he did by murdering everyone he saw as a threat, including his own uncle, which Donald described gleefully, like he was recapping an action movie."
"Every president faces hard choices every day, with imperfect information and conflicting imperatives. ... Making the right call takes a cool head and respect for the facts. It takes a willingness to listen to other people's points of view with a truly open mind. It also takes humility -- knowing you don't know everything -- because if you're convinced you're always right, you'll never ask yourself the hard questions."
"Imagine if he had not just his Twitter account at his disposal when he's angry, but America's entire arsenal."

These things among others she said are true. He is a braggart, has a huge ego, and thin skin. But that fact coupled with his womanizing tendencies and I won't each touch on the race issues, means next to nothing compared to the real issue with Trump. The guy is simply unfit to lead this country. He doesn't have the tolerance, humility, knowledge of foreign issues, among other necessary qualities, to be the POTUS.

Clinton is a bad choice, and it's funny to hear her calling the kettle black. But Trump would be a disastrous choice. I'm still surprised on a constant basis that people buy his "Oh, I know what to do.. I can fix everything" shtick.

Wrong answer... she did in fact send emails from a secured to an unsecured server, or had her minions do so; or some combination of the two (or there would be zero state department emails on her server).. that is a weakness in a secured server... that is a fire-able offense in many places in the country... when you mix in security clearance type information, that is automatic jail time for those not politically connected.

Come on people, Trump, Bill and Hillary are in bed together, although they sure are giving us a great show!

She's been bought by the bankers.
She's in trouble with the law.
She's a woman.

She's got no chance of winning.

Trumps loud, abrupt, boorish.. but he's also clever, successful and ballsy..

Which is exactly whats needed when the sneaky Chinese are playing games, when the tricky bankers are rigging the system, when ISIS goes and cuts childrens heads off.. and when the alternative is Clinton!
