Not my issue, if they have a golfer eaten, and didn't do anything to prevent it.

I guess whoever gets eaten can sue the state for negligence.

The families could sue the golf course, for allowing the animal to remain. That alone should prompt them to have it removed.

That gator is at least 100 years old and when they get that big removal means killing. They will not even try to relocate them. It has probably been in that same area longer than the golf course.

If a golfer goes to a course that is famous for the giant gator and crap greens then gets killed and the family sues I recommend removing the family.

Sure. And then we can bubble wrap everything because: stupid.

HA HA ..A couple years ago a tour airboat operator was showing off to clients feeding the gators and screwed up. A gator jumped up out of the water and took his hand.

He was charged with feeding the illegal feeding.

Insult to injury.

If there was a sign he would have been safe from all harm.

There is a huge difference between going overboard and in removing a dangerous animal. People aren't stupid because an animal attacks them.

You don't have to plan to go near a gator, first off, because they can and do hide in water, and other places. Plus, they can move really fast. The guys making the video could easily have been caught, had the gator been so inclined. Approaching one knowingly would indeed be pretty stupid.

This thing is 15' long, it is not hiding anywhere on a golf course unless the golfer is blind.

True, but how fast can it move, and how fast can the golfer move?

That is one massive gator! Even a stupid person being killed could cause him to be killed as a result. Bad for everyone.

Not very. Watch the video.

Irrelevant. Do not go near it.

So you are saying that getting killed is the result of getting killed? Makes sense to me.
