A dream

My life, it is no more than a dream,
A slowly meandering, lazy stream.
It's a book filled with profound words,
Is the most beautiful music I've ever heard.

It's the dewdrop on a blade of grass,
The questions still I've yet to ask,
A walk through a complex maze,
It's blue filled skies and sunny days.



Who's Life

Who's lesson is it, yours or mine,
When our lives become intertwined.
In those few moments of shared time,
Who's life is supposed to be redefined?

Who's life is it meant to effect,
When our two paths intersect.
Who teaches, who's meant to learn,
The answer's often hard to discern.



Flawless

Can you love me and all my flaws,
Can you learn to love them all?
Not just the pieces and the parts,
That initially, captured your heart.

Find each one so perfectly imperfect,
That maybe, it might just be worth it,
To accept me for all I'm not and I am,
Accept every flaw, each one of them.
