There is a difference between a slave and a servant

26 But it shall not be so among you: but whosoever will be great among you, let him be your minister;

27 And whosoever will be chief among you, let him be your servant:

28 Even as the Son of man came not to be ministered unto, but to minister, and to give his life a ransom for many.

How does ANY bible verse trump the way we know slavery was practiced by both the Hebrews, Romans and first century Christians?

How does your very vague quotes trump the list of half a dozen biblical quotes in the OP that specifically say pro slavery things AND that Jesus did not remove the OT law????

It doesn't trump anything... theres some really vile stuff in the OT... no one can deny that

i was merely saying there is a difference between a slave and a servant...

Each culture viewed its "slaves" differently... Hebrew laws about treatment of slaves were very specific... and if i remember correctly after 7 years the slave must be free... and they must be paid their wage

Its also likely after that 7 year period said person willingly stayed with their master because they were safe, and could avoid starvation

On the other hand a servant is free to serve... and has the ability to quit their position

No is is not about feeling. It is about what words God really used and presefrved to that o men who wanted to promote their own Bible versions for profit.

your OP verse in the NT were out of context and have your opinion forced on them. therefore your choice of verses is suspect to be tat of creating a false narrative to promote your opinion.

you can lead a horse to water but you can't make them drink it.
