That could be first level treated sewage.

(no double meaning intended)

Nobody wanted the bullet train to start with which is even worse. Well, most people didn't want it.

But it also started off at 8 billion dollars. Then it went up to 65 billion dollars. That's a major f*ck up in accounting.

No.
That's kickback accounting.

If trump says there's no drought then it is thus.

Im in OC and i remember water conservation efforts last summerto about October.. it was grim.

He's got some very green lawns on his PV Golf course. Had to have paid someone off to build there.

That does look ridiculous. I wonder if he pays higher rates? pays fines? When the pictures and video were taken?

My older son was here last week and said the lake level was way up, and that it came up very fast. Tahoe holds a massive amount of water

Cold water. Really really cold. I swam in it once. That was enough.

Next time, I recommend the east shore. Warmer water. Sandy beaches. Topaz colored water. Large rocks to dive off of. Nothing extreme but still fun. And it's less traveled since it's more primitive.

Could be. And its right on the ocean cliffs.

Major controversy in building it. But, money talks.

There had to be kick backs and city deals.

It was no build land.

They could legalize weed!!!

Or take some from the stupid bullet train that they haven't even started yet and that is way way way way over budget.

Like I said. They already built at least one plant and just let it rot and never used it.

I dont think that train is going anywhere. As for weed.... I think its pretty much legal here now. It reeks so bad like skunk in my front yard from multiple neighbors growing its not even funny. The cops dont even care. I dont understand why I can smell it this time of year? those plants shouldnt be in bloom yet. They must be doing a light deprivation thing, or running an indoor plant farm without carbon filters.

There isn't a worldwide drought. There are droughts in Cali, normal desert areas even in Costa Rica but worldwide no drought. Even here where I live it is so flooded, Texas is flooded. There is water available, someone need to stop worrying about an oil pipeline and think about a water pipeline.

If true, that should be spread around the media. It is already here. People can use their own social media. Can send the description to petty much anywhere.

Yes, but it's not taxed like it would be if legalized. Not that I'm saying I like the idea of that either exactly. But my point about "how to pay for it" that phage brought up could be handled by legalization of MJ. The taxes from it would be a boom here.

Because as you know I'm sure, our Cali. weed farmers are some of the best in the business.

I remember when I was a kid a diver went down and disappeared. He turned up in some other lake. People said there were underwater caves that sucked him in and spewed him out elsewhere. That was early 60s

That's the pyramid lake theory. The truckee River is Tahoe'a only outlet River, and it flows through Reno to pyramid. The theory is that a kid drowned in pyramid lake and was later found in Tahoe. Not sure either way, but Tahoe had a lot of bodies dumped in it from Chinese workers to mafia hits.
Divers bodies have been found many years later, somewhat preserved. Im fact, that's what first brought me to ATS in 2012. I was looking for conspiracies involving Lake Tahoe. I would often see military air craft flying extremely low over the lake, and heard stories about the lake.

As long as they pay a premium for their very expensive water, sure.

I'm sure they could afford it. Actually, some of the farmers I know should be teaching these other farmers on how to grow. They have it down to a science that even you would find impressive.

There is such a competition on quality and yield per square foot. Plus usage of all material produced and harvesting, etc. Every step is used for something.

Yeah. I've been observing since...a long time ago.
