www.monbiot.com...

This article is in todays Guardian, this man is "Honorary Professor at the Department of Politics in Keele and Visiting Professor at the Department of Environmental Science at the University of East London and formerly Visiting Fellow at Green College Oxford and Visiting Professor at the Department of Philosophy, Bristol.

In 1995 Nelson Mandela presented him with a United Nations Global 500 Award for outstanding environmental achievement. He has also won the Lloyds National Screenwriting Prize for his screenplay The Norwegian, a Sony Award for radio production, the Sir Peter Kent Award and the OneWorld National Press Award"

His ideas seem great to me, everyone post up their own ideas of how we could improve International institutions, but read Mr Monbiot's ideas first, you find them ideal.

I would say destroy the present one, and give the planet 5 years to repair. Then each country could vote by popular vote, what they wanted to do. Hyjacking a corrupt system now would only lead to more corruption. It would take at least 5 years to re-educate the inhabitence of the planet to the truth of what has transpired. In any event, the people must be told the truth first!
