Petty Officer Fagal Nifin said four people have been recovered and are being taken to Sentara Norfolk General Hospital. The hospital is the area's only Level I Trauma Center. Nifin said the extent of injuries is unknown...Navy officials did not immediately respond to requests for comment.
Four people have been recovered and taken to the Sentara Norfolk General Hospital in Norfolk, Virginia, the Virginian-Pilot reported citing Coast Guard Petty Officer Fagal Nifin.Nifin said the extent of the crew members’ injuries is “unknown.”The McDonnell Douglas F/A-18 Hornet is a fighter/attack aircraft in service with the US Navy and the Marine Corps. Given that four crew members were recovered from the ocean, the planes involved look to be the two-seater F/A-18B models.

What would cause two jets to crash at the same time like that? I could understand one crashing and it being pilot error, but two at the same time, idk.

RT is wrong, having four crew doesn't made them B models. ABC is reporting they were Super Hornets which would make them F models. The B/D/F are all two seat variants.
The incident involved two military F/A-18 Super Hornets, according to the Navy, and the matter is under investigation. All four aviators ejected safely, and have been pulled from the water, a Navy official told ABC News.
The jets were assigned to Strike Fighter Squadron 211 at Oceana Naval Air Station and were on a routine training mission when the crash occurred, the Navy said in a statement.

Not the first time this has happened labeled "training exercise" accident. Another loss in the secret alien human war.
Navy officials did not provide details on the extent of the damage the planes sustained.

Yes, because that's so much more likely than human error, during training.
