At the top it states 10 seconds, which makes sense when you take into consideration protocol overhead and dropped packets. Further along RT goofs, but the first claim appears legit.

I'll stick to my dual octacore xeons with dual port 10gbps SFP+ interfaces. Very good for backups, restores, and sql replication.
