Guccifer pleads guilty, strikes deal with feds

The now famous hacker Guccifer has pled guilty to lesser charges in his case.

He originally pled not guilty, but an apparent plea bargain with the Feds has changed all that.

Guccifer is the guy who first made public that Hillary had a private email system while she was Secretary of State.

The best part is Guccifer agreed to continue "cooperating" with ongoing Federal investigations.

Also as a side note, many MSM stories are not talking about the continuing "cooperation" parts.

Wonder why?

Hillary was also outed by the State Department today for possibly violating the Federal records Act.

Hmmm.

The Romanian hacker who claimed he easily breached Hillary Clinton's email server pleaded guilty Wednesday in federal court to two counts of computer hacking charges, as part of a deal with the Justice Department.


In exchange for a reduced sentence, Marcel Lehel Lazar – also known as Guccifer -- has agreed to cooperate with federal authorities in the future.


Lazar pleaded guilty to the unauthorized access of a protected computer and aggravated identity theft, counts tied to his illegal intrusion into systems belonging to former U.S. government officials, including former Clinton adviser Sidney Blumenthal and former Secretary of State Colin Powell.

I want to know how you can indict a wipe cloth. The one used to wipe the server. IT has all the answers and in other news, cloth found dead. Apparent suicide. A full magazine was unloaded in the back of its head. No note was left. Sad day in the cloth community.

A legal expert on the news just made a good point.
The FBI is not in the practice of extraditing someone from another country just to let them plead guilty to two minor infractions.
All signs are that the plea deal means that he has information they want.

His plea agreement included full cooperation with the FBI and the Justice Dept on current and future investigations, and agreement to testify before a grand jury.
