Milo wanted to debate.

Doubt it.

Reminds me too much of my brother.

He'd be fine as long as he's in control. If anyone were to get the upper hand, he'd talk over them, try to make them look like fools, or dismiss them as having no valid point.

I've watched him debate.

he's actually very polite and simply responds with facts.

I'll bet it was because he was choosing to be right instead of happy.

She probably came back when he realized it's usually better to be happy in a relationship than to be right all the time. You don't get anything for being right most of the time anyway. You just get to be right about some insignificant topic that most likely doesn't matter.

I'm sure many are celebrating tonight.

Little realizing, or caring, that they're just tightening the noose.

When freedom of speech, or any freedom, is denied, all freedoms die just a little bit more.

Exactly what they wanted.

They are not proponents of freedom, free speech.

I'm trying to watch him, but got little kids behind me.

I'm still seeing, "You're Wrong" approach - - but, am open to changing my mind.

So far can't say I think he's had a worthy opponent. The opponents all seem very weak.

I'm trying. Pulled up several youtube videos.

I said he reminds me of my brother and Bill O'Reilly's method of debating.

Hard to focus with Wubbzy singing in the background

Rushing the stage is now free speech I guess.

This is comical.

If the roles were reversed this would be racism incarnate.

He might be the most civil debater I've come across in recent times, especially considering how much his opponents just attack.

It allows for the conversation to ride on just the facts and opinions about the topic at hand rather than labeling the messenger as something then attacking that.

Thanks. It appears we have reached some agreement, and I am thankful for that.

My bad I see you already addressed that right above me.

Check him out. He likes to push buttons, for sure. But he's also well-spoken and got a helluva quick wit.

You really will defend anything won't you?

No, he reminds me of my brother.

Like I stated.

Milo doesn't have weak opponents, he has opponents with weak arguments.

Thanks. I watched a couple, but was not satisfied with the opponent.

I need to see him with what IMO is a credible opponent.

Anyone who thinks that is not shutting someone down or silencing is an idiot.

The problem is there aren't any credible leftist, progressive opponents.

It's like asking him to debate a dinosaur, or the flying spaghetti monster.

We were mostly in agreement to begin with. I just had a slightly different perspective that's all. That's what was so crazy about it all. I had the same opinion over all. I just had a different opinion as to why.

If they can't present their argument successfully, then they are weak opponents.

Still looking.

They're only weak because they are debating on the side of false assumptions and authoritarian dictates.

The only way authoritarians can win any debate is by shutting down any opposition.

They can't do it on facts, logic, they can only do it by violence and suppression.

My brother is voting for Trump. Make you happy?

I am not one sided like you are. I've just had experience with someone who thinks he's always right about everything.
