Please add stupid Honda civics and Toyota supra low riders with those horrible exhaust! I hate them all too! All that noise and the car is still a piece of crap that goes no faster!

I dont want drunks, meth heads, and crackheads riding their mopeds on any sidewalks! I promise im not stereotyping , thats the case in my town. In SC, you don't need a license to drive those and therefore all those who probably should NOT be driving are on mopeds, holding up traffic!
