The server did not have appropriate security to track all intrusions. So, just because they did not find logs of intrusions, does not mean that it was not hacked. Also, logs can be overwritten regularly if the security is not appropriate.

If the 'intruders' logged in as Hillary, Bill, Chelsea or the others that worked for the Clinton Foundation.... it wouldn't show up as a hack.
That was Guccifer's MO.... he guessed their passwords, then made fun of how easy it was.

However, no one was regularly monitoring the server, so even if there were intrusions, or logons with valid accounts from invalid IPs, there was no one watching to see it.

Part of making the deal would be changing one's plea to guilty in consideration of lessening one's sentence vs. staying at not guilty and then them having to go through all the rigamarole of a prosecution.

Plus, depending on exactly what it is ("SECRET/TOP SECRET/SCI/SAP" wise) he has stashed in his cloud server, they would have some leverage going in and be able to lay out what he would be facing if they went ahead with prosecution.

Is the Republican party working hard to use this Mr. Guccifer's testimony to nail Hillary? That dizzy Debbie Wasserman is always attacking Trump. I sincerely hope that the RNC big-wigs have swung their attention from stopping Trump, to stopping Clinton.

It would seem to me having court record showing the change of plea hearing date being set is fact. We can stop playing the word game.

The wheels of government turn so slowly that by the time Guccifer's info on Hillary is added to the body of evidence, we could be looking at impeaching another President Clinton this time next Spring! Oh joy.. a lame-duck President from the get-go.

HRClinton should do the honorable thing and turn the reins over to Bernie or Joe Biden..ASAP.
