Could there be any modern languages related to Sumerian?

A few years back on ATS, I saw the suggestion that the Sumerian language was related to Hungarian. The theory was that the Magyars were a Sumerian colony (though I don't think this necessarily follows).
I don't know these languages, so i can't comment.

I believe that Sumerians lived in one place, while the Turks and the Sami were nomadic and moved with seasons..
If they share a common language? Im gonna say, its more likely the Merchants developed their own bartering language like yiddish..

Hungarians claimed a lot lately, i believe its almost like the afrocentric agenda going on..
Look for a common ancestrial language, and you will find that the common trait is the indian language due to their practices of bartering and raising neolithic societies..

I think some of this is covered in Prometheus. The language instructor in the film is the actual research professor in real life. Great flick.
