O i agree on this.

Rape should merit a long and gruelling sentence and murder should be life without parole.

If prison and mimum sentences were kept for the worse and dangerous crimes it would not be a problem.

The problem is being getting years for haveing a bit of pot or for crimes like petty theft were a fine or a few days in jails should be enough.
