Would anyone appreciate a nonsense forum?

Something to get the inner troll beast sated?

I wanted to start a thread about the Mandela effect being responsible for some people thinking the Jedi used light sabers and other people thinking they used life savers.

Something like a very broad political mud pit forum.

A place where we don't take anything being said seriously and argue for fun, laughing when someone argues sheep shouldn't rule the world.

I think it would be incredibly entertaining, a way for some of us to blow off steam and just be some old fashioned silly fun.

Sort of like The Onion of ATS. No personal stuff, just satire and getting into 100+ posts arguing about the chicken vs. the egg (it was the chicken because it had to produce a protein to be able to make the egg).

You may not realize this, but Einstein proved that the world is actually flat. Discuss.

Sure! That's how you sound to most of us anyway. You with your facts and common sense and breadth of knowledge.

Heck yea! Only problem with that is I am sure that some of the 'nonsense' mocking, joking type posts may actually end up posting something that someone believes is true and get all offended anyway. LOL

Side note: I always thought that when people called it a 'life' saver that they were just saying it wrong because they learned or heard it incorrectly and then repeated it. I thought it was a 'light' saber. Who knows, maybe I"m the moron who got it wrong. LOL

Your idea sounds like a fun way to let loose and laugh away stress. It could be a place where we don't have to have any proof... or we could make up the proof!
