Oh gosh, I've had an edgy morning also.

I was about to log off of ATS but decided to take a sip at the Shed first and I saw this. You are where I started hours ago!

I wanted to say hi to TrueBrit and let him know the realities of posting a hello at 4AM and so no response would fall under my favorite expression that logic is optional.

I wanted to say something to Q but now I've forgotten what it was.

I wanted to tell you that the expression I use is to kill two stones with one bird, but under the circumstances, I'll keep it to myself!

I'm back in "sigh...giggle...apologize profusely" mode!

And if you're out there, hi Night! We continue to miss each other but enjoy each other from a distance and that's fun too.

Chirp, Thanks for asking about the Doctor's visit. No, I was supposed to call yesterday to make an appointment. The office ended up calling me first telling me I had, not osteoporosis, but osteopenia and to take an over the counter calcium supplement. I asked about the echo cardiogram results and the ultra sound of my kidneys, but she said she didn't get those yet.

I said I was going to make an appointment because I had swelling in one of my legs and foot, but that I would wait until they get all my test results so we could discuss everything then. The lady said that's fine and if I feel I needed to come in sooner just give them a call. Hope you are no longer under the weather and feeling great by now!

Wis, I'm glad the dog was put on a med to help calm him so he can adjust to the cats. Ticks are supposed to be very, very bad here in the U.S. this year. I hope everyone who has an outdoor pet is diligent in looking after their pets with whatever product will take care of the problem. I know someone who thinks just giving their dog a flea and tick bath will do the trick. If the dog isn't on a medication for that or have a collar or the drops, the dog will obviously keep getting ticks and fleas.
