Also, headaches and fatigue are often the first symptom of dehydration, and easy to off set....plus...(one last soap box item)...it has been proven
that sipping on something during stress is beneficial. You can insert bad jokes here, if you must....your favorite beverage, etc...A good choice is a
cup of tea or just bottled water with a few drops of Rescue Remedy added.
About the sipping thing, I think it has to do with subliminal, back to the womb urges or something.
