Fundamentally it's a good game and the character design is quite nice if you're a blizzard fanboy like me.

My main issue is the team aspect of the game can naturally match you with some of the most brain dead or just plain nasty basterds I've ever come across and those games are just painful to finish. On the flip side you can of course get some extremely adept and skillful teams but it's really just a coin flip in that regard.
