We do understand your concern but this issue is overblown. It's a manufactured fear from the far right. It was never an issue for years.

Except for Obama's coercion and illegal threats.

Ha ha, Trump thinks transgenders should be able to go to whatever bathroom they want to.

Like they always have. He won't appoint judges that will keep these unconstitutional tyrannical decrees that are forced onto people at the federal level.

I'm gonna start taking dumps in the women's bathroom. If confronted I'll lie and say I'm transgendered.

Just a joke obviously, but really how are they gonna prove otherwise?

Have people started marrying their toasters yet?

That will be Obama's next project.

Watch and see.

I understand but the law changes nothing. Perverts don't care about laws.

But law can enable perverts, and Emperor Obama's decree seems to fall squarely into that category.

People are not going to be using women''s bathrooms "all of sudden" just because they are "allowed" to do so. Things will remain the same.

How in the hell is it illegal to state the fact that the courts may decide against school districts who ban transgender kids from using the restroom of their identified gender?

This is what happens when school districts decide to decide how bathrooms are used:
CNN

It's an unimaginable horror. A 14-year-old girl with special needs allegedly was raped at school after a teacher's aide persuaded her to act as bait to catch an accused sexual predator, a fellow student. "It has essentially devastated her life," attorney Eric Artrip -- who represents the girl and her father -- said of the alleged January 2010 incident.

They sent her into a boys bathroom, as bait.
It worked.
With less than wonderful results.

That's a rather large jump to make. A teacher's aide comes up with an idea that culminated in the rape of a student and suddenly that gets turned in to "this is what happens when school districts get to decide!"

That's a head scratcher.

The school districts are the ones that pull the type of crap that I noted.

They will be policing the same bathrooms that could be a free for all romp if some kids want to make it so.

What tyrannical decree are you referring to? A lawsuit that a court/judge will decide? THAT's your definition of a tyrannical decree?

Years from now, living in a bombed out shelter, a little boy will ask his father how the second civil war started.

The father, loading his weapon, will look down on the little boy and sadly say, "Bathrooms".

The "crap you noted" was pulled by a teacher's aide and a vice principal. So no, the school district is not the one that "pulled the crap you noted."

Guess what? Teenagers have been doing teenager things in bathrooms for a while now. This letter from Obama isn't going open some floodgate that wasn't already open.

It will still be illegal to be a pervert in the bathroom, and will still be illegal to intentionally expose oneself to small children and adults alike. I haven't seen anything that says it's going to be legal to wave your wang in somebody's face in the restroom now.

You should point out in Title IX where it defines transgender and sex choice.

here's the "Letter"

Title IX you can look up and study on your own.

Who hired the teacher's aide and vice principal?
A parent?
Who approved the hire?
Some bum feeding out of a dumpster?

No, that would be the school district.
That's what they do.
They are ultimately responsible.

In 2014 the US DoE issued a statement clarifying that DoE interpreted Title IX protections on gender to include trans students. And multiple complaints have been resolved in a manner that exhibits that interpretation, and have not had a successful challenge to them.

So no, it's not in the language of Title IX as it was written four or five decades ago. But that is how it is interpreted by those who enforce it.

Good Christ man, reach harder lol.

Yep you're right. We should blame their parents too, while we're at it. After all, they spawned the idiots that came up with the idea. That's literally the same as if they had come up with it themselves.

Totally.

The portable toilet companies should get going and make some money while it's unsettled.

They can supply the "other" facility for a while.

I got a better idea. We should have a bathroom separate from the rest with a sign "Bigots only"... for the bigot crowd. NOW the problem is solved for everyone.
