With You

Gentle whispers fill the empty spaces,
They softly tell me I am going places.
So feint they spoke, I could barely hear,
They were fading echoes within my ear.

Said I could pick the stars right out of the sky,
If I truly believed and would give it a try.
Have an army act out my every command,
Create a new world from one grain of sand.

So I picked a star out of the brightest hue,
And ordered the army to give it to you.
But I placed the sand back where it was,
For my world is with you, it's our love, it's us.
