Via NBC. (going to kill my news aggregator, the alert was not that)

This is a developing story. Quite a surprise. Will add more in a minute.

CNN

Bernie Sanders will win the West Virginia primary Tuesday, CNN projects, besting Democratic front-runner Hillary Clinton.Sanders' victory serves as a reminder to Clinton that despite her looming showdown with presumptive Republican nominee Donald Trump, she has yet to formally wrap up her own party's presidential nomination.

This time around, Clinton faced difficulties of her own making in West Virginia after saying in a March CNN town hall meeting in Ohio that she was going to put a "lot of coal miners and coal companies out of business" with her policies on climate change.

bernie Sanders is not finished, not by a long shot.

I am so very sad for the Hildog. It truly breaks my heart to see her lose.

Wasn't much of a surprise. Even when it happened on March 5th! And Nebraska held a caucus, BTW.

He was also robbed in Arizona and New York

I think they're going to give him the "crumbs" and then you can expect massive psy-ops come June 7th in addition to voting irregularities in California.

To secure the preordained crowning of the queen.

Not a surprise in WV. He was expected to win there as well. One of the whitest Dem electorates in the country. Only Maine and Bernie's home state of Vermont are whiter.

He won this one before it ever started, I live right on the border of WV. This area of the country is not where Hillary supporters live.

Even if there were no other candidates on the ballot, they probably would have come up with a write in candidate that would get more votes. That's an even bigger accomplishment than usual too since WV is lower than every state other than Mississippi in literacy (not actually sure if this last sentence is true, but it sure feels like it is).

No, you need to cry. And no funny names for the candidates!

Well, they need to exercise their privilege too.

Not a surprise to me.

And I agree that it's way too soon to call Bernie out. He has a huge spending plan, tax plan, and a plan to grow the biggest federal government. No way is he out. Why wouldn't The Establishment *ahem* be pulling for Bernie? Campaign advertising does not = reality.

I've always believed Bernie is The Chosen One.

It's WHITE, but it may also be ...a more conservative state, which would give it to Hillary among democrats there. Not many people in West Viirginia that would vot for someone that is a Demovcratic Socialist, unless I have really underestimated the people of the great state of West Virginia.
