Sanders isn't, and has never been, a Democrat.

He is running as one because he knew he had ZERO chance as an Independent.

He isn't looking out for the little guy, hell he isn't even close to honest, he is leading a soft coup of the Democrat party and they are doing whatever they can to save themselves.

So, because "people" support Sanders, the Democrat party should sacrifice itself. He is an Independent and should have run as one for all his "supporters to rally behind". This whole DNC thing wouldn't be an issue if he hadn't been dishonest and played the system from the jump. (yes, I know, it's just politics when he does it)


I don't understand what you mean by "democracy". If Sanders (or you for that matter), believes in "democracy", he could run as an independent candidate. He was always had an "I" next to his name except when it is time to run for President. Why is that? He wants to use the Democrat party and then whines when they resist.

I cannot and will not argue with yo about the corruption. I starts at dogcatcher and goes past President. Every elected official is guilty of it. Praise Sanders for shining a light on it (and rightly so), just don't be surprised if some of that light splashes back on him too.

The Democrat party wouldn't be sacrificing itself, though. The people in charge of it and involved with it and all its corruption would be taking a fall. The party is barely affected. Ultimately, it should be the people who make the party, no?

The super-delegates are a crock of horsesh*t, but they were to be expected.
You can argue that all the other stuff he should have also expected and therefore it's his fault, but it's still undemocratic and still suppression of the will of the people.

We aren't talking about Sanders corruption, though. I suppose you can argue that running as a Democrat is "unfaithful" or "immoral" or some other variant of such words, but it's hardly corruption.

And remember, this is America. Where, as the saying goes, "The needs of the many are barely even comparable to the needs of the few. Oh, you thought that meant in the favor of the many? HAHAHA."

So what you argument boils down to is "you support the action, therefore the action is justified".

Sanders running as a Democrat is no different than Trump running as a Republican (except that Donald beat the competition). Both used the party system of which they didn't belong because they knew they could not compete without said systems. A system has the right to fight off a foreign invader, whether it be the flu, a whacky socialist misfit, or a narcissistic billionaire.

And the "Super -delegate" card can stop being used now as Hillary is beating Sanders in votes, states, and bound delegates. To go a step further, Sanders needs those same "super-delegates" you demonize, if he wants to win a contested convention. Then again, he may just accept the VP spot as he has hinted at (and admit he just wants to stay on the government teat in any way he can).

Rail against Hillary for a year, demonize her every decision, then when he loses - endorse her, hand over his war chest (all those "little people dollars" ), and accept the VP slot. Priceless.
