probably, but if Sanders gets to be president, his supporters, are going to become extreme establishment, and call everyone who doesnt agree with them, as biggots, racists or retrogrades...

so, same coin.

I disagree with the premise of the Thread.

If Sanders ends up supporting Clinton, it doesn't make him a bad person, it makes him someone who was afraid to grab the bull by the horns and run independently or Green, but it also means that he's calculated who would make the best president of the two.

If forced to chose between Clinton and Trump, I'll probably vote for Clinton--One main reason is that I think they're both criminals, so that's a wash, but Clinton actually believes in Climate Science and will do more for the environment than Trump.

And THIS is why we can't have nice things!

Because Trump claims he's anti establishment doesn't at all mean Sanders should or will support him. That literally makes no sense. When was the last time a Dem endorsed a Repub? So, I guess you may as consider him to be a shill because Sanders will never support Trump.

Btw, I think it's hilarious people like you think a so called billionaire elitist is somehow anti establishment.

You mean like calling a career politician anti establishment?

Best thing I've heard all day.
It is a powerful Truth.

Good comment Kali.

Not to worry. Bernie Sanders is not flip flopping like Hillary Clinton does every day. Sanders is running as a Democrat so he does not fragment the party and weaken its chances for beating Trump and the Republican Party. He was clear on this from the very start. But this will be moot assuming, of course, that Sanders wins the Democratic nominee for President as he should.

Yet Ted Cruz lost to Trump and refuses to support him, and he's called a shill

Your hypocrisy game is strong

Yes of course one big party of the people because Sanders and Clinton are both in the same leftist camp. The Communist Party already took over the Democrats. They endorsed the last POTUS.... soooo what's new....

I honestly don't know how your brain processes things at times...

To make Sanders a shill if he doesn't support Trump actually hurts my head to try and work out how one gets to this thought process.

Especially when you take into consideration that he is an Independent. I saw members calling him a Democrat on page one.
He isn't a Democrat.

I don't support any of the candidates, but the way Bernie has been competing against Hillary has been pathetic. If he really wanted to win he would have gone full bore hardcore attacking Hillary. It would not have damaged his campaign, it may have even gotten him the nomination. If you are running as "anti-establishment" and do not go after the most establishment bought and paid for candidates public closet skeletons, you really don't care about winning. He could have focused on the wall street speeches, talked about her donors, the list goes on. This is just further evidence that he is indeed an inside man. It must have been a nice little run around the country funded by useful idiots. 40 years in politics, and yet he is an outsider. Give me a break.

As soon as Bernie's chances have truly evaporated, I have ZERO doubt he'll come out as supporting Clinton.
He'll do as he's told, and fall back in line.

Yep, which begs the question, if not for the win...why?

I'm still curious as to WHY he got so popular with millennials. Doesn't make sense. All they hear is the soundbites, without realizing he's been a do-nothing Congressman for decades, and formerly in control of the VA disaster. And you want to hand him the keys to nationwide socialism? Are you mad?

I can tell you right now he will support Clinton over Trump for sure. He may be an independent but he is way more of a democrat than a republican. The party of big corporate will never get his support, I guarantee it.
