Corporations are a legal construct designed to evade taxes. The biggest corps in the world already pay 0 taxes. When corps first came into existence they had limited lives and served the public good. That cannot be said today. Not only do corps screw over the public hourly, they have ceased serving the public good while owners reap all the benefits of the corporate veil which conceal their illegal activity. If anything we need to raise taxes until the worst offenders go out of business.

The current tax rate maxes out at 39.6%. We have one of the highest corporate tax rates in the world. What extra unnecessary regulations do US businesses have that foreign business don't have?
What would that do in the short term and the long term? How will this effect small businesses and small credit unions and banks? Is this even possible or is it a pipe-dream? Will this help the poor and middle class or will it have no real effect? What effect will this have on industry?

Thank you for replying.

The answer to your question is called 'Kansas'. It's currently in the middle of the Great Brownbackian Experiment, with massively slashed taxes. The State's expected to collapse into a financial black hole sometime soon as Brownback's economics blew up in his face.

Corporations in Kansas are still taxed multiple times.

Individuals still have an income tax in Kansas.

So no. Kansas is not a good example.

Go look up what Brownback has done in Kansas in terms of slashing taxes. Then look up what's happened to the State's revenue. That will give you your answer. Brainless Randism is a moronic idea.
