QuakeSim is a project headed by Andrea Donnellan, a scientist at NASA's Jet Propulsion Lab in Pasadena, CA. QuakeSim apparently uses things like GPS and InSAR to measure ground movement from space and create models to help scientists predict earth movements with greater accuracy.
