The Truth About "Diversity"

"Diversity" is a massive long-term mind control program posing as 'equal rights" designed ultimately to disinherit nations of European and Christian origin. While it pretends to advocate equality , its real goal is to use guilt to trick heterosexual White males into yielding position and power to women and minorities.

The object is to prepare North America and Europe for inclusion in a "world government" run by the central banking cartel based in London. This private cartel's power is measured by the fact that virtually every major corporation, educational institution and government agency provides "diversity training" (i.e. political reeducation) to its employees. Even though studies show it has zero economic benefit, they spend eight billion dollars a year on it. Toyota alone plans to spend that much in the next ten years.

Here is an example of the shaming of Whites that takes place in these sessions. It is from the text, "Seeing Ourselves: Exploring Race Ethnicity and Culture" (1999) by Carl James.

A participant, Greg, tells the group: "As for my race, I am white but I never really had to think about it before. I don't feel that it ever affected the people with whom I associated or talked to. My two best friends are Black and (Canadian) Indian. I was brought up in a family that didn't believe in prejudice and I'm proud of that. If I don't like a person, it is because of their personality, not their race or heritage." Now you'd think that Greg would pass with flying colors.

You didn't consider the hidden agenda. The author, a Diversity trainer, chastises Greg for assuming he is "the norm." Greg fails to acknowledge his "race privilege," that "invisible package of unearned assets" that is the "white colonial legacy." Whites like Greg deny "the ways in which they socially, culturally and politically produce relations of domination."(p.44 my emphasis) In other words, Whites naturally oppress other people. That sounds like vicious racism to me. Can you see what's happening?

These Diversity sessions lay guilt trips on Whites, especially males, so they will yield power to compliant members of minorities who have not earned it. This is a scam. Where are the stats and numbers that show that equality quotas lead to less quality in the politicians being elected? This is just a study that confirms that in countries that express these quotas results in controversy among the populace.


Gender quotas have gained the support of international organisations, including the United Nations, and have proven to be effective in ‘fast-tracking’ women’s political representation. However, they continue to be controversial, particularly in liberal democracies where critics oppose them on the basis that they discriminate against men and undermine the selection of candidates or parliamentarians on the basis of merit.


"Controversial" doesn't mean that they aren't as qualified for their positions as the men are.

Why? We don't write the laws for those countries. We write the laws for our country, and our country says equal rights and opportunities for all. I don't think it's an anti-white agenda, but more like white supremacy. There is a surreptitious implication here that non-whites need to be advanced by the guiding hand of white power, that those in power need to arrange matters in a certain racial way to appease the inferiors. The same goes for affirmative action. Race quotas, manufactured diversity, culture planning—it's all insidious racism, pure and simple.

If white males are able to earn their way into higher positions more regularly than women or ethnic minorities in white majority countries in a merit based system than what are you going to say now?

Now in situations where there are real racism and sexism than yes those people need to be looked at mode carefully..

I'm not saying it doesn't exist but in also saying merit based systems should be in place not sex or ethnicity based systems. .

Promote on merit nothing else

Japan is only slowly beginning to recognise the need to bring more women into positions of power. It is Neanderthal in its attitude to its LGBT population (which is significant and economically important), and it has until very recently refused to even contemplate the obvious need to open its doors to more foreign workers. The need could not be greater here for “a safe, positive and nurturing environment” if the country is to avoid a bleak future.




So you could say that China is worshiping white culture, which can't be good for them.


Maybe so by the new "wealthy", in goods and fashion; but you dont see Government Policies pushing for immigration into Japan

Well it doesn't work that way in reality. I can't name ONE job where promotions or being hired was based solely on merit. Usually it's a lot of ass kissing or it's based on who you know.

Are you kidding me almost everything is merit based. I work in construction and there aren't many women who can and are willing to do the work. Should I have them forced down my throat if they can't physically keep up with a male who can physically handle the work and vs payed the same amount of money?

Stop trying to sell this narrative that NOTHING is merit based and that only white men are given opportunities.

Making the conversation about rewarding gender and ethnicity us assinine the conversation needs to be about providing opportunities for people who eearn them regardless of gender or ethnicity and all racist and sexist should be exposed period.

Those are two mutually exclusive ideas and I'm only saying that nothing is merit based. Which is true. Even in diverse workplaces merit can take a backseat to biases and people kissing ass. I happen to work in at a company that is so diverse that as a white person I'm a minority, and still promotions and raises tend to go to family members or friends of the family first. That isn't merit based.

Like I said, merit based is a fantasy. No company promotes solely on merit.

I agree. People should work for the jobs they are qualified for, but things don't work out that way in reality. And pretending like they do is dishonest. Even for the ethnically diverse companies.

So explain to me how a merit based company can be enforced.

In regards to women, the data shows women' simply choose different career choices (on the whole) than men. They also work less hours, less dangerous jobs and many choose to stay home with the family.

Why do guys like you never ask, "why aren't women working in mines are as garbage truck drivers"? You seem content with those being almost exclusively male jobs.
