This little cutie ought to put a smile on your face... a baby beaver that was rescued at a Calgary golf course here in Canada a couple of weeks ago.

The little guy was found injured at the top of a hill on the Calgary course.

Conservationists believe a predator picked him up and then dropped him. He was separated from his family, who beavers tend to live with for 3 years.

The baby was taken in by the Alberta Institute for Wildlife Conservation. He is steadily gaining weight, healing and enjoying his bath time

Just in case you have never had the chance, I wanted to share a West Virginia sun rise with you. I took this yesterday morning in Athens, WV. (Zazz can help explain the beauty)

Dream my friend of wondrous things, of the mystery and beauty of the night as the stars shine bright and dance upon their velvet stage and the moon glows softly casting shadows, of the vast universe beyond that holds secrets and adventures yet to unfold. Dream of the peace and tranquility of crystal water flowing in steady streams, of the earth and ancient trees that reach toward the sky. Dream of the adventure of a world yet to be known in all its glory and power and of all of us here who are with you, by your side with all the love we could possibly hold in our hearts. Dream.

Hi, Woody. I thought I'd leave a pic of some nice boobies here.

Do you like them?

They should warm up if they were played with a bit. I've always wanted to play with boobies. Do they like fish?

Thank you. That's exactly how people describe me. For some reason they feel the need to warn others before introducing them to me.

Well what people say about me , "he is like a good wine, you have to wait a few years before you can appreciate him"
The main thing is try to be who you are without hurting yourself, the world does not like people who are diffrent, but sometimes you find people who let you show your soul and respect you.

a reply to: woodwardjnr read this a long time ago, through whatever we as human beings choose... life or moving on... it is or could be a struggle... take care of your spirit that resides in your heart and mind...I will try to write about a very wonderful herb known as Astragalus amount other life giving herbs, if you would like to know what brought me back to living normally after being very ill...I forced myself to consume apples in the morning and green foods in midday and protein in the evening.
Sugar is in fruit and carbs after protein?
Water, Gatorade or minerals in water to replenish and nourish... eggs are a good protein... and there is a thread here somewhere...
Eat and be merry...antioxidants in tea promote health too.😊
With much care,
Peppy.

Came across this years ago and wanted to share. The author is unknown.

Mix your mind with the moonbeams at night.
Standing in an open space with quiet eyes,
let your mind, by steady wing- beats of imagination,
spread beyond the visible scenes and over the horizon.
Watch the moonbeams spread, not only around the earth,
but to the dim stars lying beyond in the eternal stillness of the ether.
Meditate until, in the cool moonbeams of your calmness
in the eternal region of your spacious mind,
you behold the whole universe as light.

Harry Scott-Holland, British educator, 1847-1918
Death is nothing at all.
It does not count.
I have only slipped away into the next room.
Nothing has happened.

Everything remains exactly as it was.
I am I, and you are you,
and the old life that we lived so fondly together is untouched, unchanged.
Whatever we were to each other, that we are still.

Call me by the old familiar name.
Speak of me in the easy way which you always used.
Put no difference into your tone.
Wear no forced air of solemnity or sorrow.

Laugh as we always laughed at the little jokes that we enjoyed together.
Play, smile, think of me, pray for me.
Let my name be ever the household word that it always was.
Let it be spoken without an effort, without the ghost of a shadow upon it.

Life means all that it ever meant.
It is the same as it ever was.
There is absolute and unbroken continuity.
What is this death but a negligible accident?

Why should I be out of mind because I am out of sight?
I am but waiting for you, for an interval,
somewhere very near,
just round the corner.

All is well.
Nothing is hurt; nothing is lost.
One brief moment and all will be as it was before.
How we shall laugh at the trouble of parting when we meet again!

How I wish I could be in that leafy hamlet with you buddy.

God Damn I miss your input.
You're literally one of 5 reasons I stayed on this site.

I'm blubbering like a kid over here worrying about you.

Hope to see you again soon.
If not here, then wherever it may be.

Stay strong mate.

God I wish I could hold your hand and tell you you're not ugly.
You're beautiful pal.

Love Charlie. XxX.
