Whenever I run into these types, I ask them - "Have you ever done any actual Fact research on Hillary". The response is as if I have some kind of disease. How dare I even suggest such a thing. Just like you and I keep saying on ATS - "Where are the facts?" No one wants the facts. They just want to keep hating and dragging more unfounded "kindling" into the fire.

You are right; No one wants the facts including you.

Wrong. I know who I am.

I know that I am not qualified to determine the info in this case.

Neither are you.

I won't speak for you but, I can read. The released IG report and the transcript from the deposition in the FOIA case were both released in english.
I feel sorry for you if your comprehension skills prevent you from being qualified to understand what was released.

What parts of the IG report don't mean anything?

I'm curious as to whether or not you think her server was secure or even allowed?

I really enjoyed reading your post, but I think you're stretching here. This isn't unjustified hate. Just watching Hillary's interviews, speeches, and looking at her public record gives you plenty of reasons to be justifiably angry at her blatant disregard for the welfare of other people and abuse of power. She has not only given plenty of reasons why she can't be trusted in a position of power, but all the information needed is easily accessible.

I do see a lot of unjustified hate for another candidate. Many people are violently mad. There have been violent mini-riots in areas where this candidate performs a speech. They refer to this candidate as a racist, bigot, fascist, with absolutely no supporting information to back up those claims. The media pushes this agenda, and people suck it right up.

In fact, it's almost hilarious how people will twist this candidate's words around to make them appear malevolent while twisting Hillary's words around to make her sound benevolent.

The only people that appear brain washed to me are those who support Hillary and willingly parrot lies that she and her supporters spread regardless of whether or not they are obviously false.

OK, legal teams will gather information.

When they have all the information, then they will decide if there is enough "Factual" information for a case.

Facts or what you've determined to be Facts - - by themselves are just information.

YOU do not determine wrong doing with information available to you.

Or are you a lawyer, prosecutor, District Attorney, or something along those lines.

You can speculate all you want.

Unless you are a supporter of Hillary. Obviously you're not.

I've never had a problem with her speeches or interviews.

I'm a Globalist. What I'm looking at is what will the world look like in 10 to 20 years. How will the person who becomes president of the USA affect our Global future.

I am still an undecided voter.

I don't think any other candidate is judged as harshly as Hillary. And I'm not going to fall into that trap.

"YOU do not determine wrong doing with information available to you."

DEAD WRONG.... Federal laws say having classified information on an unclassified server is a CRIME.

That is a 100% undeniable fact.... what they are going to do to Hillary for her transgressions is the only unknown at this point. Whether you like that or not...it is the truth. Period.

I had something of an epiphany a while ago when I was chatting to a die hard Labour guy (Socialist)

It's easy when you have a particular view on certain policies or you support a certain party, to get really mad at "the others" for supporting an action that is contrary to what you might think is the "best" option.

Faced with this it is easy to see the other person or group as demonstrably evil, because everyone knows what is for the best, right? So they must oppose it out of pure spite.

That's where this hate for figures comes from, but, and it's a big but, if you consider that, they truly, deep down, in their souls, believe that what they are proposing is the best course and they think what you propose isn't, then they are no longer, some twisted, evil psycho, they are just someone with a different point of view and the anger will fade as that realisation sinks in. It won't be true of everyone, but it's a useful thought to keep in mind when you are reading something in the paper and you can feel that vein in your temple start to twitch.

Do you need a law degree to know that having classified information on an unclassified server is a crime?

Really?

Judged by who? The media or the people on this website?

You don't have a problem with her interviews where you can find blatant lying, sociopathic behavior, bigotry, and her stated intent to aggressively engage in world-wide military conflicts?

I should not listen to Hillary supporters and why they support her?

I should listen to you instead, and heed your warnings? Why?

I could apply all those "descriptives" to almost any person in a power position. It seems to go with the territory.

Twenty years ago I was reading a site called "Bush Bones". I was new to conspiracy theories and ate it all up. I've since learned not to do that.

OK, I can bitch about it online.

I don't need a law degree to know - - I'm not qualified to ascertain certain information. What it looks like, may not be what it actually is.

"What it looks like, may not be what it actually is."

Or is it that what it looks like does not fit a pro Hillary agenda so you refuse to acknowledge it?

What does those 2200 classified emails possibly look like? Yoga lessons? Funeral plans?

"I'm not qualified to ascertain certain information"

The problem is, you make no effort to become qualified...you just simply dismiss anything you do not understand.

I gave you a specific link to the State Departments Classification guidelines.... it states very clearly what information should be classified and what shouldn't.. it even gives examples.

What it looks like is exactly what it is.... 2200+ classified emails on an private unclassified email server... which happens to be illegal.

It is ok... you will vote for her regardless, it is all good. Trump loves the poorly educated, they are his ticket to the White House. Thanks for doing you part.

I don't know. Maybe they are, maybe they aren't.

I do know that it won't make any difference what you think.

The only problem is....I do not THINK it is illegal to have classified information on an unclassified server.

I know for a FACT it is illegal to have classified information on an unclassified server.

Big difference between those statements.

I have been following this.

There is discrepancy of what and when and if something was actually classified at the time it was sent/received.

And/or if it was a received email, mis-classified, etc.

That can only be determined by those in the legal position to do so.
