That's the thing. Captilalism isn't working. When it started it seemed great but as this experiment has continued its leaving millions homeless and starving.

Capitalism was working, but then someone thought to add some democratic socialism into the mix.

Yay government, right?

capitalism was working???......where? here in America?.....it only worked for the wealthy....does anyone go back in history and see why labor unions in this country came into being in the first place?...and let's remember that the wealthy hired thugs to go out and maim, and kill union organizers....child labor, no minimum wage, no benefits, no worker protection.....yeah right, capitalism worked great.

Yeah, we'd be so much better off without rich people.

Darn them!

Maybe if they wanted to pay livable wages they would be alright. There's no reason anyone needs the kind of funds some people have. And you don't get filthy rich without stepping on others and pushing them down.

You're right! We need to tell people and force them to just make the right amount!

Too much and we take it away!

If only everyone made exactly the same amount....is this paradise even possible?

Apparently the problem with our capitalist system is that there are rich people.

if we get rid of them, or at least tell them what they can make, then we'll all be so much happier.

Can you imagine the tv show, "Lifestyles Of The Average and Mediocre"?

No they need to be held accountable and taxed properly. Not be able to hide their tax money with shill bank accounts. Etc. Companies shouldn't be allowed to lay people off while the executives give themselves giant bonuses.

Some of those 'Richies' may not give up their wealth willingly...Reeducation and/or punishment may be necessary...A steady and unending stream of episodes of "Lifestyles of The Average and Mediocre" might be in order.
...Or we could just line 'em up and shoot them.

Yeah because it's so awesome that some people live in houses with goldplated sinks while we have so many people starving to death or dying because they can't afford to see a doctor. What a great thing that is.

We could give everyone a gold-plated sink. However, those people with platinum-plated sinks will still need to be dealt with.

Good for them! Healthcare isn't a right.

It is a mandate from the state.

A right isn't dependent on someone else's contributions.

Next you are going to say education isn't a right. What else.

Education isn't a right. A right is NOT something that you have to rely on someone else to provide.

Speech is a right.
Free expression is a right.
Voting is a right.
Privacy is a right.
Gun ownership is a right.

Rights are individualistic. Rights are not something you rely on the collective to provide.

Rights are definitely not something the government provides.
