Dr.'s without borders helps anyone who needs help, that's why it's called Dr.'s without borders. It takes a humanitarian approach not a politically minded one. The US killing allies and civilians who are just trying to save lives to get a few wounded enemy troops is a WAR CRIME.

War Crime

A war crime is an act that constitutes a serious violation of the law of war that gives rise to individual criminal responsibility. Examples of war crimes include intentionally killing civilians or prisoners, torture, destroying civilian property, taking hostages, perfidy, rape, using child soldiers, pillaging, declaring that no quarter will be given, and using weapons that cause superfluous injury or unnecessary suffering.

You sure you want to throw war crimes around? It would seem to apply to more t5han just the US, provided you can prove it was an intentional targeting of civilian infrastructure to kill civilians.

Secondly the list of protected buildings in combat zones is specific. Whats also specific is how those protected buildings lose their protected status when they are being intentionally used / occupied by enemy military units.

What do you think would happen to the medical staff if they decided to tell enemy forces to leave the hospital? Doctors without borders is a great organization however simply notifying belligerent parties of their location still foes not confer protected status if the location is being use by combat forces.
