I support modularity in support and cargo aircraft. There is room and the aircraft can all be big and have plenty of fuel, power, etc. I don't support modularity in a front line platform. Too much risk of extreme failure followed by: I wish we had that system installed, all those people would be alive.

US will lend them, but never sell them just like F-22 Raptor.
